		<description>I feel that the announced rule changes right now look a lot like provisional suggestions. Nobody really knows what effect they&#039;ll have. Many of them don&#039;t look a bit like they would actually help to lower the costs while others might do just that without real intention.&lt;br/&gt;In general I think that much of it comes as a real blow for newcomers to the class, riders and teams alike. And this is surely not favourable for a competitive championship.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;There seem to be ways around several of the new rules as well (except the technical ones) and this is probably not what was intended either, even though it might mean some advantages for Alvaro next year (factory bike in a satellite team for example).&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;One technical aspect I really don&#039;t like though is the future banning of KERS. I think that would have really made a useful technology and the racing all the more interesting.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;But we&#039;ll see. When the biggest chunk of the financial crisis blew over and the sponsors are all coming back in hordes, I&#039;m sure all the rules will go back to the same old again...</description>
